As a customer in Trengo, you will have some allocated AI Suggested Reply in your package as per below:

🚨 Please take note of the following explanations:

1. Any conversation powered by AI will incur an additional charge. Annual customers will be charged an additional 25 cents per conversation, while monthly customers will be charged an additional 30 cents per conversation.


2. Ensure you have sufficient balance in your carrier cost bucket. When you start a commitment or a top up, the lowest amount that you can choose is a minimum of €25. You don’t need to top up if you’re only using the allocated Suggested Reply feature in your account. If you don't have sufficient balance, you will see the notifications near the toggle.

3. To view the cost breakdown between AI-powered conversations and other third party products, visit the ‘Transaction page’ (Trengo → Account → Transaction), where they will be displayed as separate categories.
